  • Overtime Pay = Hourly Rate × 125%
  • Night Differential = Hourly Rate × 10%
  • Late Deduction = Hourly Rate × Late Hours
  • Absent Deduction = Daily Rate × Absent Days

Ang Government Contributions ay naka-base sa Gross Payroll Per Employee.

  • SSS – Based sa gross salary bracket
  • PhilHealth – Based sa gross compensation
  • Pag-IBIG – Fixed semi-monthly contribution
