By using the services, website, and client portal of KeyBiz Consultancy OPC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

KeyBiz Consultancy OPC provides bookkeeping, tax filing, business registration, compliance monitoring, payroll assistance, and related business support services.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
  • Clients are responsible for submitting documents before the required deadline.
  • Clients must review filings, forms, and reports before final submission when requested.
  • Clients are responsible for penalties caused by late, incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly retainer fees are due every 1st Monday of the month unless otherwise agreed.
  • Quarterly payment arrangements must be settled based on the agreed schedule.
  • Unpaid accounts may result in temporary suspension of services.
  • Government fees, penalties, printing costs, and other third-party charges are not included unless stated in writing.

Tax Filing and Compliance

KeyBiz Consultancy OPC assists clients based on the documents and information provided. The firm shall not be liable for penalties, surcharges, interest, open cases, or assessments arising from late submission, missing records, inaccurate information, or client non-compliance.

Client Portal

The client portal is provided for convenience in viewing records, payment status, tax schedules, and related documents. Clients must keep their login details confidential and report any unauthorized access immediately.

Document Turnover

Upon termination or completion of services, turnover of available client records may be processed within a reasonable period, subject to account verification and settlement of outstanding balances.

No Long-Term Contract

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on a monthly or project-based arrangement. Either party may discontinue services with proper notice.

Limitation of Liability

KeyBiz Consultancy OPC shall exercise reasonable care in providing its services. However, the firm shall not be liable for delays, penalties, or losses caused by government system downtime, force majeure, client delays, inaccurate records, or circumstances beyond its control.
