1. Agreement and service scope
These terms govern use of the KeyBiz Consultancy OPC website and the services specifically agreed with a client. Users must be authorized to act for the business whose records they access. Specific quotations, service agreements and order details define the work purchased. These terms do not silently expand an existing paid engagement.
KeyBiz provides computerized bookkeeping tools and agreed business, bookkeeping or filing assistance. Use of the system does not, by itself, constitute an audit engagement or CPA certification. A generated report or form is not proof that a return has been filed, a tax has been paid or a document has been accepted by a government agency.
2. Accounts and client responsibilities
Provide accurate account and business details, keep credentials confidential and restrict access to authorized users. Do not access another business's workspace without permission. Notify KeyBiz promptly of suspected compromise.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of supporting records, and for reviewing generated outputs before use. Authority to encode, correct or submit information must be agreed. Do not create fabricated transactions, misrepresent payment status or upload information you have no right to disclose.
3. CBA Solo subscription and trial
The currently offered CBA Solo plan is intended for NON-VAT businesses. The price and included features shown at checkout or in the accepted order apply to that purchase; the current public monthly price is ₱899.
Where eligible, the seven-day free trial begins after email verification. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per TIN. After trial or subscription expiry, access may become view-only until subscription activation or renewal, according to the account's applicable access rules.
The displayed expiry date and payment verification status determine active access. These terms do not authorize automatic bank or wallet charges. Any future recurring-payment arrangement must be separately disclosed and authorized.
4. Fees, payments and tax assistance
Review the fee breakdown before paying. Subscription or retainer fees, government tax payments, service charges and payment-provider charges are distinct items. If a ₱100 system fee applies to a filing, it must be separately disclosed before payment and is not part of the tax payable to the government.
A submitted reference number or payment screenshot is subject to verification. Only use official payment instructions. Payment to KeyBiz for tax assistance does not itself prove remittance to the government; request the relevant filing and payment confirmations.
Additional services and expenses require the agreed quotation or scope. Where the service depends on client records, missing or late information may affect completion dates. Notify KeyBiz promptly about errors or approaching deadlines.
5. Cancellation and refunds
A client may request cancellation or non-renewal by emailing admin@keybizconsultancy.com with the Business Name and relevant order or payment reference. Requests concerning duplicate payments, incorrect charges, unused prepaid services or services not delivered will be reviewed against the facts, the agreed scope and applicable law.
Refund requests are assessed individually; no unconditional refund promise applies. Cancellation, access end dates, refunds and any nonrecoverable third-party costs must be clearly communicated for the relevant transaction. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
### 6. Records, exports and service changes
Business records supplied by a client remain the client's records. KeyBiz receives permission to process them as needed to provide the agreed service. Retain original supporting documents and suitable independent copies of important records.
Clients may request available exports or copies through support. Format, delivery method, retention and assistance should follow the service agreement and lawful data-handling requirements. Do not assume indefinite account storage after expiry or closure.
Maintenance, outages or provider issues may temporarily affect access. KeyBiz should communicate significant planned changes when practicable. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular recovery time.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity. KeyBiz branding, interface and original software remain subject to their owners' intellectual property rights. Clients receive the access needed for their subscribed or agreed use; no ownership of the software is transferred.
8. Privacy and feedback
The Privacy Statement explains the handling of personal information. Users who provide third-party records must have the required authority and comply with their own privacy obligations. Feedback is not public unless the optional testimonial permission and a separate publication action apply.
9. Suspension, issues and responsibility
Access may be restricted where necessary to address unauthorized use, security concerns, nonpayment or material breach, subject to applicable law and the agreement. Such restrictions do not authorize unlawful disposal of client records.
Report service or billing concerns to admin@keybizconsultancy.com with relevant references. Responsibility for an error or loss depends on the facts, agreed duties and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not guarantee a particular tax outcome.
10. Changes, applicable law and contact
Philippine law applies, subject to mandatory rights and lawful jurisdiction rules. Material changes to these terms should be communicated before they apply to future use or renewal; an existing transaction is not retroactively changed merely by posting new terms.
