Scope of services
KeyBiz Consultancy OPC provides computerized bookkeeping tools and the services specifically agreed with each client. Access to software is not an audit engagement, CPA certification or a guarantee that records satisfy every requirement for every use.
Generated documents
A generated invoice preview, report, tax computation or filing document is not, by itself, evidence of actual filing, government acceptance or payment. Verify the relevant submission acknowledgement and payment confirmation.
Client review
Outputs depend on records, settings and information supplied or encoded. Review them before relying on them. Report omissions and discrepancies, and retain original supporting documents.
Tax and regulatory decisions
A software label, watermark or generated document does not itself establish BIR registration, accreditation or authorization for a particular invoicing method. Confirm the requirements applicable to the business and intended use.
Availability and external services
Maintenance, connectivity and provider issues can affect access. External services operate under their own terms. No uninterrupted availability or particular tax result is promised.
Responsibility
This disclaimer does not remove duties under an agreed engagement, excuse unlawful conduct or exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
