Information We Process
Account and contact details; registered business, TIN, RDO and tax information; sales, expenses, retainers, payment and filing records; receipts, invoices, documents, support messages; and basic app, device, session and security information.
How Information Is Used
To secure accounts, provide bookkeeping and compliance services, display records and deadlines, process requested uploads, send notifications, prevent misuse and meet legal or regulatory duties.
Sharing and Security
KeyBiz does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when reasonably necessary with authorized staff, technical or payment providers, government agencies for client-requested work, or authorities when required by law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may request access, correction, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, or deletion. Some records must remain when retention is legally required.
