Payment Terms and Conditions

Plan and price
CBA SOLO costs PHP 899 per month for one business. Check the subscription period and total before paying. Payment covers that period only; there is no automatic renewal. Separately requested bookkeeping, tax filing, government fees and other services are not included.
BPI and MariBank payment and verification
Pay only using the BPI or MariBank QR displayed for your selected payment method on this checkout. The MariBank recipient is KEY YNTIG, account ending 4108, the collection account designated by KeyBiz Consultancy OPC. Verify the recipient and exact amount in your banking app. Keep your transaction receipt and enter the correct reference number. Submitting a reference does not confirm payment or automatically activate a subscription. KeyBiz must verify funds received and approve the payment. Bank processing and verification may take time; no instant approval is promised.
Activation and workspace availability
Payment is activated only after verification and approval. If approved during an active trial, the paid period is added after the trial ends. For an expired account, the paid period starts upon approval. An early renewal extends the existing paid period. If you cannot access your workspace, contact KeyBiz for assistance. If paid access cannot be provided for the agreed period, contact KeyBiz for correction, an adjusted period or an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.
Wrong plan, incorrect reference or duplicate payment
You can return to Subscription Plans before submitting. If you already paid, do not pay again solely because a reference was rejected or approval is pending. Contact KeyBiz with your registered email, selected plan, amount, payment date, reference and receipt so the payment can be traced. A verified duplicate or excess payment will be reviewed for correction or refund; it is not automatically converted into another subscription.
Cancellation and refund requests
Contact KeyBiz to request cancellation, a plan correction or a refund. Each request is assessed using the verified payment, service availability, access already provided and applicable Philippine law. Approval of a subscription does not waive remedies for a service that was not provided or was materially different from what was agreed. KeyBiz will explain its decision and, when a refund is due, confirm the amount, method and expected processing time. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the right to seek assistance from the appropriate authority.
Payment concerns and account safety
Contact info@keybizsolution.com or 0976-4181-065 for payment concerns. Provide your registered email and payment receipt, but never send your password, OTP, verification code or full bank credentials. Payment and acceptance records are retained for verification, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
