You may request deletion of your KeyBiz app account and associated personal data. Identity verification protects accounts from unauthorized deletion.

How to Request

Email admin@keybizconsultancy.com with the subject “KeyBiz Account Deletion Request.” Include your registered name and registered email. Never send your password.

What Will Be Deleted

After approval, KeyBiz will delete or anonymize account-access information and personal data no longer required for an active service or legal obligation.

Records That May Remain

Tax, accounting, payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute or regulatory records may be retained only when required or permitted by law.

Processing Time

We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. Complex requests or legally required record reviews may take longer.
